U.S. Men's National Team Defeats El Salvador At Lincoln Financial Field

The U.S. Men's National Team defeated El Salvador, 2-0, at Lincoln Financial Field Wednesday night in the CONCACAF Gold Cup Quarterfinals. The Americans advance to play Costa Rica, who beat Panama, 1-0, in the first game of the night, in the semifinals.

Omar Gonzalez and Eric Lichaj scored for the USMNT. The night was also special for a select group of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer players, some of whom walked out with the players, served as ball boys/girls and held the flags for team introductions.
