Longtime Eastern Pennsylvania ODP coach Mike Gorni received one of soccer's biggest honors Wednesday night. He was named ALL-USA Coach of the Year by USA Today after his Central Bucks East team went 26-0 and won a PIAA State Championship last fall.

It was Gorni's 21st and final season as a high school coach.

At the club level, his Lehigh Valley United teams have been stalwarts in Eastern Pennsylvania. His U18 team just won the State Cup on June 5th and will compete in next week's US Youth Soccer Region I Championships.

Gorni also coaches the U15 Boys ODP team, which plays in the Region I ODP Championship this weekend.
