The 50th Anniversary of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer is just a few months away. Now is the time for you to help us tell the story of soccer in Eastern Pennsylvania over the last 50 years.
Use the forms below to send in your nominations for the 50 Best Coaches (Male and Female), 50 Best Players (Male and Female), 50 Best Moments and 50 Best Teams in Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer history. Submitters are also encouraged to include pictures of any historical information (team photos, old uniforms, action shots, etc.) that they want featured. Items can also be mailed to or dropped off at the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association office.
