Julian Fernandez, Director of Competitions

As Director of Competitions, Julian Fernandez is responsible for managing and developing the state association’s multiple competitions, serving all levels of participation. He operates the National Championship Series, Presidents Cup and Challenge Cup. Julian also serves as the liaison to US Youth Soccer for regional and national events. He works closely with Eastern Pennsylvania member leagues and clubs and the various soccer facilities to maximize participation and exposure of competitions. Julian assists our many successful tournaments to grow and thrive. 

Julian played soccer at Chestnut Hill College and for National Premier Soccer League teams AC Crusaders and Philadelphia Fury. He was the head men's soccer coach for Chestnut Hill and an assistant coach at Temple University. An ODP staff coach, Julian currently works with the Under-13 Boys Philadelphia age group. He holds National A Youth and National B Coaching Licenses.
