Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer remembers Midshipman First Class, Max Allen, who was a victim of an automobile accident at the Navel Academy.

Max was a seven year member of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer's Olympic Development Program. He will be missed by many within the soccer community.
