Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Clubs Heading to Nationals in Florida

Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Clubs Heading to Nationals in Florida

It shouldn’t be a surprise to hear that eastern Pennsylvania youth sports are quite good. What might be a surprise is just how good eastern Pennsylvania youth sports actually are – soccer in particular.

More than a handful of 15U – 19U girls and boys soccer teams registered under Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer clubs are heading to nationals. A handful of both girls and boys teams will be traveling back to Florida in a match to compete for national champions.

Of the six confirmed qualified teams, two girls and three boys teams registered under Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer have qualified for direct advancement to US Youth Soccer National Championship Series in July.

16U Girls: Lower Merion Soccer Club Impact
17U: Philadelphia SC Coppa 05 Rage

Qualified Boys Teams
15U Boys: FC Bucks Dominion 07
18U Boys: FC Bucks Dominion 04 Boys
19U Boys: CASA 03M United

In addition to the teams advancing to nationals directly, there are a significant amount of registered Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer teams in contention for the national title.  Five Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer teams that are still in contention have a seventh game to play.

Contending Boys Teams
15U Boys: VSA Centurion
16U Boys: FC Europa 06 Boys Elite
17U Boys: Phila Ukrainian Nationals 05B Black
18U Boys: Lower Merion SC Invictus
19U Boys: LVU-FPA 03B Black Gorni

The qualified teams have received direct advancement into USYS National Championship Series. The event play dates will be between July 19 – July 24, 2022. ESPN Wide World of Sports Field House in Orlando, Florida will host the event.
