Positions Available:

Position: Head Coach (Travel Soccer Program) at Pennsylvania Rush Soccer Club
Location: New Britain, PA 
Type: Part-Time (with opportunities for expanded responsibilities)

Pennsylvania Rush Soccer Club is seeking passionate, motivated, and organized Head Coaches to join our coaching staff. We are looking for individuals who are committed to developing players, creating a positive learning environment, and helping build a culture of excellence both on and off the field. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing club with clear pathways for career advancement within the soccer industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions aligned with the Rush Soccer methodology.
  • Lead travel teams during league matches, tournaments, and club events.
  • Foster a positive, player-centered environment focused on technical, tactical, physical, and personal development.
  • Maintain regular communication with players, parents, and club leadership.
  • Manage team logistics, schedules, and administrative responsibilities in a professional and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with fellow coaches and technical staff to support player progression across all age groups.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience coaching competitive travel soccer teams.
  • Soccer coaching licenses preferred (US Soccer, United Soccer Coaches, UEFA, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Passion for player development and long-term athlete growth.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to continue learning.

Position: Youth Development Coordinator at the Philadelphia Union Foundation’s Chester Union Soccer Club
Location: Chester, PA 
Type: Part-time, 20 hours/week for 32 weeks/year 

The Philadelphia Union Foundation is seeking a passionate Youth Development Coordinator (YDC) for its no-cost soccer club Chester Union. The YDC will connect the community, club and foundation.  This part-time role (20 hours/week, 32 weeks/year) blends coaching, program coordination, and community engagement, while serving as Head Coach for two teams in a no-cost soccer program serving local youth. The Youth Development Coordinator will work closely with staff, volunteers, and families to create a safe, inclusive environment that uses soccer to promote teamwork, personal growth, and positive social change for underserved youth.

Position: Boys Soccer Varsity Head and Varsity Assistant Coaches

Garnet Valley High School (Glen Mills, PA) is seeking a Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach and a Varsity Assistant Boys Soccer Coach for the Fall 2026 season. Candidates must value athletics as an extension of the classroom. Coaches must be available for both afternoon and evening practices and games Monday–Friday, with some evening contests and Saturday games. The season runs from August 17 through late October.

Garnet Valley offers top-tier facilities on campus as we are nearing completion of a capital project that will feature four turf game fields and one turf practice field.

Prior coaching experience preferred. All required clearances are mandatory.

Position: Boys Soccer Assistant Coaches (2 coaches needed) (11/21/2025)
Location: Plymouth Whitemarsh High School 

Fall Season starts on 8/10/26 – 10 Weeks Regular season * possible qualification for District Playoffs/ States by result in extended season

The coach for the above position needs to be available for practices and games, which typically occur between 2:45-5pm Monday thru Friday. Some games/tournaments will be held on Saturday. Playing and/or coaching experience is preferred. MUST have clearances.
