Clubs wishing to become members affiliated with Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer must first complete an Application for Membership and submit the required documents and pay the $100 application fee. Once the application is complete and submitted, it will be reviewed by the committee and if all requirements for application have been met, it will be sent to the Board for review and consideration. All required documents MUST be submitted with the online application. This process can take approximately 1 to 3 months provided that the application is submitted with all required attachments and completed in full upon submission.
