Referees will be assigned by Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer after the game has been mutually scheduled between the home and way teams. All cup games must be scheduled by Monday at 5 p.m. prior to the weekend of the game.
The home and away teams are responsible for splitting the ref fees for all matches. Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer will pay the referee fees for all cup finals.

Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association Referee Committee
EPSARC is the Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association Referee Committee. Under the authority of US Soccer, EPSARC governs over referee administration, including registration, assessment and education. The committee is co-chaired by a representative of both the youth and adult association. Currently the committee is chaired by both sitting presidents of our two associations. Beginning in 2010, a policy was approved whereby referee fees would be established using government established economic indicators, the Consumer Price Index and the Mid-Atlantic CPI for Gasoline.
The fees for the seasonal year, which will take effect September 1, 2024, will be as follows:
2024-25 Tournament Fees:
U13-14 Fees are for 30 min or less.
U15-19 Fees are for 35 min or less.
