2026 Champions Crowned at Eastern Pennsylvania State Cup Finals

May 18, 2026 by easternpennsylvaniayouthsocceradmin

The 2026 Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer State Cup came to a close this weekend at the WSFS Sportsplex after three days of championship action across the Challenge Cup, Presidents Cup and National Championship Series. Teams from across the state battled for trophies, delivered dramatic finishes and added new chapters to club history throughout an exciting weekend of finals.

Challenge Cup

The Challenge Cup featured a mix of returning champions, first-time winners and dramatic finishes across all age groups.

Haverford SC 2015 Her-icanes successfully defended their title with a 2-0 win over Western Lehigh United SC in the U11 Girls Silver division, while Springfield SC Hurricanes 2011 earned the team’s first-ever Challenge Cup championship with a 1-0 victory against Langhorne Neshaminy United SC in the U15 Boys final.

In U18 Boys, Lititz Youth Soccer Club returned to the finals for the first time since 2021 and came away with the title after defeating Hunter SC Blue Devils in a PK shootout.

Presidents Cup

The Presidents Cup delivered several close contests and memorable moments, with multiple teams completing redemption runs or capturing milestone victories.

Lighthouse SC Force claimed the U16 Boys title one year after falling in the Presidents Cup final, defeating FC Ballyhoo 1-0. PA Mutiny Gold Soul 12 also made history in just its second Presidents Cup appearance, earning a 1-0 win over Springfield SC to secure the U14 Girls championship.

Fever SC added another trophy to its weekend with a 3-0 victory over FC Europa in the U13 Boys final, while Towamencin Youth Association Towamencin Force captured the U19 Girls title in PKs after a scoreless match against Carlisle Area Youth Soccer.

National Championship Series

The National Championship Series once again showcased some of the top competition in the state, highlighted by several tightly contested finals and standout club performances.

FC Europa led the way with six total State Cup titles across all competitions, including multiple NCS championships. Fever SC also earned an NCS title after defeating FC Europa in PKs in the U14 Girls final.

Philadelphia International FC secured the U16 Boys championship with a 2-1 win over FC Europa, while PA Classics Academy Reading 09F earned a 3-2 victory over Steel United to claim the U17 Girls title.

Lancaster FC added to the weekend’s list of champions with a win in the U18/19 Boys division and also picked up a Challenge Cup title in U19 Boys.

From dramatic PK shootouts to milestone victories, this year’s State Cup finals weekend delivered memorable moments across all three competitions. With trophies lifted and champions crowned, the focus now shifts to the next stage as Presidents Cup winners prepare for regional play and NCS champions move on to the US Youth Soccer National Championships later this summer.

Seven Eastern Pennsylvania Teams Head to USYS National Championships

July 21, 2025 by easternpennsylvaniayouthsocceradmin

Seven teams will represent Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer at the 2025 US Youth Soccer National Championships in Orlando, Florida from July 23-28. These teams earned their place on the national stage through dominant runs at the state, regional, and league levels, and now they’ll face off against the best teams in the country in the most prestigious youth soccer championship.

HEX FC Dominion 11G (14U Girls)
HEX FC Dominion 11G, one of four National League qualifiers from Eastern Pennsylvania, reached the final of the 2025 State Cup and will look to carry that momentum into Nationals.

YMS 10B Premier United (15U Boys)
YMS 10B Premier United returns to Nationals for the second straight year, looking to build on its 2024 semifinal appearance. The 2025 State Cup champions and National League qualifiers were also State Cup finalists in 2023 and will look to continue their upward trajectory on the national stage.

HEX FC Dominion 09G (16U Girls)
HEX FC Dominion 09G, also National League qualifiers, were finalists in the 2025 State Cup and bring both momentum, grit, and consistency to the national tournament.

Penn FC Youth 2008 F Black (17U Girls)
Penn FC Youth 2008 F Black head to Orlando as both Eastern Regional Champions and 2025 State Cup finalists. The team’s consistent high-level performance this year makes them as a strong contender.

FC DELCO NAL ’06 (18/19U Boys)
FC DELCO NAL ‘06 completed a dominant run through three major competitions, winning the State Cup, Eastern Regionals, and the NAL National Championship. The last FC DELCO team to win the McGuire Cup, which celebrates its 90th anniversary this year, was in 2003.

HEX FC Dominion 06/07B (18/19U Boys)
HEX FC Dominion is led by legendary coach Mike Gorni, who returns to Nationals after winning the McGuire Cup in 2019. Gorni’s resume includes five national titles, 42 state championships, and 26 years of experience with the Olympic Development Program. With his leadership, the National League qualifiers are a team to watch this week.

Penn FC Youth 2007 F Black (18/19U Girls)
Penn FC Youth 2007 F Black is having an historic season, capturing the 2025 State Cup and Eastern Regional titles. No girls U19 team from Eastern Pennsylvania has ever won a national championship, and only one U18 team has done so. This group has the potential to make history.

Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer is proud to have these seven outstanding teams representing our state on the national stage. Each earned their place at Nationals through hard work and consistent excellence and now they’re ready to compete with the very best.
