The Eastern Pennsylvania Developmental Referee Program has been developed to educate, develop and support young or new referees in a club-friendly environment.

Intramural/In-House Referee Course

Officials of all ages are encouraged to participate in the Eastern Pennsylvania Referee Developmental Program. The primary responsibility of all referees is to maintain safety by managing and controlling the game. Referees will be taught how to do this through professional actions with players, parents, and coaches.

The course consists of written information on the website as well as a sixty minute on field course designed to support and teach referees the fundamentals of officiating a soccer game utilizing FIFA laws.
