How to Become a Referee

1. Become a Referee
Build a profile on the Referee Management Website and then register for the Course – Grassroots Referee Online Lesson

2. Online Learning
Build a profile in the U.S. Soccer’s Learning Center and complete the course. Then complete 3 required courses on the Referee Management Website.

3. Register for the Field Session
Attend the field session.

4. Background Check
You must get a background check to be certified (this can happen at any time.)
