2024-25 Coaching & Training
Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association ODP Training is based on U.S. Soccer coaching and methodology. All teams will have USSF licensed coaches on staff.
Coaches will have a player-centered approach and will provide a developmentally appropriate training environment, based on these standards, to lead players in skill development and preparation towards regional scouting.
Training Sessions will include:
- Warm Up/Activation
- Technical Skills/Non-Game Form Activity
- Game Form/Modified Game-Form Activity
- Game-Form Activity
- Inter-Squad Game
