The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Data Fields for International Transfer Certificates (ITC)

New for 2018/2019, only clubs with the following circumstances need to provide information to U.S. Soccer for International Transfer Certificates:

  1. Teams participating in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup teams
  2. Teams that register with the Development Academy
  3. Any club with financial, legal or de facto tie to a professional soccer team

Any club wishing to comply without any of the above circumstances are welcome to do so, it is just no longer required.

Questions regarding U.S. Soccer National Data Center (NDC)

Data collection on player nationality and international competition are being collected by the NDC as directed by FIFA. Data is used to ensure consistent application of age restrictions and protection of minors. U.S. Soccer is not a federal government agency and will not use information collected for immigrations purposes.

All information and data collected is used to advocate across U.S. Soccer membership and provide better programs based on the needs of the community.
