Chris has spent over two decades working across the youth, college and professional levels of soccer in the United States and has strong ties to Eastern Pennsylvania as a player, coach, and executive. Branscome joined Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer after spending seven years as the Director of Marketing for US Youth Soccer. As chief executive officer, Branscome oversees all aspects of youth soccer operation and development in Eastern Pennsylvania. |
Chief Administrative Officer: Kelly Connor

As Chief Administrative Officer, Kelly facilitates Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer's business dealings, including securing sponsorship and equipment deals. She holds a Masters Degree in Sport Business Management and an MBA from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate of Florida State, where she played college soccer.
Kelly also serves as the Olympic Development Program Administrator for Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer.

Technical Director: Mike Barr

As the Technical Director, Coach Barr is responsible for coordinating the coaching curriculum for Olympic Development, coaching courses, and the general education of coaches and soccer personnel throughout the Association. Also a National Staff Coach for the United States Soccer Federation, he is a National Youth License Instructor, and holds the USSF "A" coaching license.
In 20 years as coach at Strath Haven High School, Coach Barr's teams won thirteen Central League titles, five District One titles, and five PIAA state championships.

Director of Soccer Development & Performance: Gary Stephenson

In his role as Director of Soccer Development & Performance, Gary is responsible for coaching education including coordinating the coaching curriculum, coaching courses, and the general education of coaches throughout the Association. He is the director of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Camps as well.
Gary holds a Honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, England. Stephenson holds a United States Soccer Federation "A" coaching license.

Director of Soccer Operations: Frank Olszewski

Frank manages all aspects of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer’s four annual cup tournaments, including the Presidents Cup, Turkey Hill Challenge Cup, Indoor Cup and US Youth Soccer Eastern Pennsylvania State Cup. Frank also directs both internal and external events such as the New Year’s Eve 3v3 Classic and The Futsal Tournament Series in partnership with The Philadelphia Union. He is the direct liaison with all leagues, clubs and strategic partners in regards to rules and regulations. |
Director of Marketing & Events: Krissy Woods

In her role as Director of Marketing & Events, Krissy works closely with Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer partners and sponsors, while promoting the state's own events and programs. She joined Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer in January 2018 after several years working in the athletic departments at the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova,
A Mechanicsburg native, Krissy graduated from Syracuse University in 2008 with a degree in Psychology and later earned her Master's Degree from American University in Public Communication.

As Membership Services Manager, Sheila handles registration, database management, event registration, risk management and insurance. She is in charge of approving and printing player passes and collecting payments from leagues.

In her role, Meridith assists Chief Administrative Officer Kelly Connor and Technical Director Mike Barr with the administration of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer's Olympic Development Program. Additionally, she is the primary contact and liaison for TOPSoccer (Special Needs).
Meridith, a 2011 graduate of Temple University, is pursuing her Masters Degree in Sport Business from the same institution.

As Communications Manager, Dillon handles website management, social media and Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer's email database. In addition, Dillon serves as editor of Touchline Magazine and contributes to The Evolving Game, our Coaching Education monthly newsletter.
He graduated from Hamilton College in 2012 with a degree in English-Creative Writing.

A coach with Whitpain Recreation Association, Marisa joined Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer in the Fall of 2017 to assist with the day-to-day operations of the state association as well as serve as the point of contact for certificates of insurance, the Annual Awards Banquet and Annual General Meeting.
The Lehigh Valley native and Blue Bell resident previously worked as a Philadelphia Public Defender in the Child Advocate Unit and with New Foundations as a Young Adult Program Leader.

The founder and Executive Director of the JT Dorsey Foundation, JT works with underserved youth to provide athletic, academic and social opportunities that the kids would otherwise not have. As a Outreach Coordinator, he works to expand Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer's reach into all communities and assist with Recreational Soccer initiatives. |
