2009-10 Rec Database

Club Registrar from Inhouse, Intramural League and/or Rec Club uses your System ID and Password to enter here and the Build Player Registration Form that is unique for your club. Call Donna Outt, State Registrar, 570-275-1051, for assistance.
• The data and player registration form your organization entered into the 08-09 EPYSA system will rollover to the 09-10 system. All can be edited for the new season while the old season remains intact.
• You may create as many seasons as you wish for 09-10 and each will remain fully available to you for two years.
• The first thing to do for each season is “Build Player Registration Form” for your club. Put as much or as little as you wish onto that Player Registration Form.
• At the top of this page, see “Rec and Intramural League Registrars, please click on this link to take you to instructions to initiate the 2009-2010 Soccer Year”. Step 4 of those instructions tells you all about building that form.

2009-10 Travel Team Registration

Click here to register your travel team. Be sure all adults affiliated with your team have completed their 2009-2010 Step 2: Risk ManagementApplication before you register the team. Here you will enter your team's coaches, team contact, leagues you want to play in, etc. The Primary Team Contact will then receive an ID and password to use to enter the 2009-2010 Travel Database and register the players on your team. Teams and players from the 08-09 system will be able to "rollover" into the 09-10 Database.

2009-10 Travel Database

The Database is where player information is entered and stored; rosters, passes and line-ups printed; risk management registrants are listed; RG-1's kept; and reports are generated. This is where you will put the players on your roster and make roster changes via “Request PS-1 Change” once the league registrar has approved the team. Teams and players from the 08-09 travel system will be able to "rollover" into the 09-10 Travel Database. Travel players in your free CLUB database can be brought onto a travel team in the EPYSA Travel Database via the “Add Club Registered Travel Player” button.

2009-10 Tournament Team Registration

A tournament team is a team that is registered by EPYSA for the sole purpose of participating in a tournament(s). Players from several different teams can be registered on a tournament team and still remain as primary players on their travel league team. Print out and read carefully the instructions on the cover page once you click on this link.
Only players that are already in the 2009-2010 system will be added to the tournament team on the 'Front Page'. The rest of the players must be added once the administrator has logged onto the travel database. Then 'Add Player' will allow the entry of the player ID, and if the player is not found in the 2009-2010 system, the player will be added to the tournament team and to the 2009-2010 system, but with a status of 'Direct Player' and a fee of $15/Direct Player

2009-10 League-Only Team Registration

Use this link only if your Travel League Registrar has instructed you to do so. League-Only teams may play ONLY in the League that stamps their roster. They MAY NOT play in a cup-qualifying division of a Travel League and are NOT eligible for State Cup. They MAY NOT use their League-Only roster for tournament play.

2009-10 League Select Team Registration

This module allows a maximum of 22 players/team and includes a "Game Day Roster" as well as a full roster. You may indicate on the "Game Day Roster" which players you will take to a specific event. All rosters require certification by a League Registrar.

2009-10 Direct Player Registration

Direct players are non-committed players who want to play in a tournament. They do not play in any EPYSA travel league. Fill out the online forms and follow the instructions that come up at the end. Direct Pass costs $15.
