Marisa Pigeon Named Director Of Membership Services
Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Names Marisa J. Pigeon Director of Membership Services
Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer has announced that Marisa Pigeon, formerly the state association’s Administrative Service Specialist, is assuming a new role as the Director of Membership Services.
In this position, Pigeon will manage daily interaction and relationships between the state office and member affiliates. She will be directly responsible for overseeing compliance and education in all registration matters and enforce compliance and education on state and federal law as it pertains to youth sports. She will be charged with database management and analytics, financial reporting and assisting in recruiting and retaining membership. Pigeon will lead the transition to U.S. Soccer Connect as well.
“Marisa has been valuable and versatile in the administration of our programs,” said Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer CEO Chris Branscome. “She will be crucial to our association moving forward, as we strive to better serve our members.”
Pigeon joined Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer in the fall of 2017 as an Administrative Service Specialist. She aided in preparation for events such as the Annual Awards Banquet, the Annual General Meeting, the Soccer for Success Social and the First Annual Business Summit. Pigeon organized applications for both the Union League of Philadelphia’s Good Citizenship Award as well as Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer College Scholarships, while serving as the point of contact for certificates of insurance.
In addition to her soccer duties, Pigeon volunteers with the Whitpain Greens Swim Club. She is married with four very active children.
