President’s Report: We have some new risk management issues to deal with. Because the clubs are now able to request us to run E7 background checks on any or all of the their members, we will need to have a policy on what exactly we will handle and the club themselves will handle. We need to have a resolution for this before the next meeting and we need to get this out to every league and club so they will know how to handle issues regarding background checks. Also, we have a lot of new policies and we need to put them in one place.

New Business: October 14th is the deadline for tournament applications.

Good of the Game: Mike Gove was wondering if we could put the Alfred Kleinatis report on how to deal with severe weather on our website, especially to help referee’s and tournament officials dealing with lightning and storms.

Motion to adjourn. Seconded
