Registrar: New clubs asking for admission with all of their paperwork in order. Carbondale YMCA in District 10 and JCC Kehillah Sunday soccer League in District 1. We did not have enough members present for a quorum so Charlotte said she would send it out to the board so we could vote for it online.
2007-2008 online travel registration program is up and running.

SYRA: Cindy reported that 13 referees would be attending the ODP tournament. Also, 13 referees and 4 assessors from Pa. are going to attend Region 1 finals in Maine. 125 people attended the clinic at Twin Valley High School. Cindy met with the executive committee to discuss developing a Civility Program for the officials. This year there will be an information booth for referees at the workshop. The referees said that they are willing to attend any of your club’s meetings. Please contact Jeff DeLuca, his e-mail address is on the website.

Exec. Director’s Report: Information is on the website about the NSCAA online diploma. Charlotte is working with E7 Background checks. Once we are set up, we will be offering it to the clubs. These background checks will also cover out of state records. All of the State Cup winners will be posted on the website.

President’s Report: YMS requested a loan from Region. They are asking for $500,000 to develop a field with lights and seating, and they need EPYSA to guarantee the loan.
