So far the State Cups have been going fine. The deadline

have entered. Charlotte asked that you get the word
out to your teams to please cooperate when scheduling
their games. Mike Barr wanted to remind everyone about
day camps. EPYSA resident camp is July 29th through
August 3rd.
This year they are doing an academy for the 12 and 13

League for boys and girls U15, and U16, applications
are online. Charlotte is researching a new way to get
background checks done. The company is called E7, and
if it meets everyone’s approval, the fees involved
would be approx. $3.50 per check instead of $10.00 that
the State charges us. We could also ties this in with
Youth Leagues and hopefully make this service available
to the leagues themselves. More information will follow.

12th in Morgantown at 4PM dinner to follow. Please notify
