Reports

Executive Vice-President: Frank attended a meeting for the Schuylkill Valley Soccer League.

Vice President Travel: Jim has been working with the boys' and the girls' side ODP.

Vice President Recreation: Bob is in Chicago. Tom reported for him that the rec. festival in Hazelton was a huge success. The next one is scheduled in Fox Chase in two weeks.

Treasurer: Ned observing the Jewish Holiday. Tom reported that finance committee did have a meeting. New members were appointed, because a couple of people needed to be replaced.

Registrar: The rec. league registrar's now have access to their data in the online system. Youth Leagues remedied the problem at no cost to EPYSA. Blank passes are now available, but YLUSA has not yet developed the Acrobat PDF format needed for us to use them. Donna is applying pressure to YLUSA to get this done.

SYRA: They re-scheduled the women's clinic that they were supposed to have in June to be held at Twin Valley. They sent out 440 letters to female referees in the area.

Exec. Director's Report: On vacation.

President's Report: We received our check from Adidas for sponsorship from last year in the amount of $9,934.24. Topton Soccer Club is looking for admittance into the association. Jim reported for Tom that we looked into a proposition presented to us by North Star Mortgage a couple of months ago. Jim checked with a couple of different people to find out if it was in violation of RESPA and the deal was probably illegal.
