Youth Soccer Month: TOPSoccer Special Needs

Each week of Youth Soccer Month, US Youth Soccer will celebrate a different aspect of soccer that makes it a great sport. The first week is dedicated to "fun," and there's no program that embodies fun more than TOPSoccer for special needs players.
TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with special needs, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girls, age four & older, who has a mental or physical disability. Our goal is to enable the thousands of young athletes with special needs to become valued and successful members of the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer & US Youth Soccer families.
In the last year and a half, Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer has worked to revamp our TOPSoccer website. You'll find information on how to set up and run a successful TOPSoccer program as well as a directory of all of our existing programs.
We've also run a "TOPSoccer Spotlight" in Touchline to share the stories of our special needs players and the volunteers who work with them. See the features below!
If you have any questions about TOPSoccer or wish to get your program featured or added to our directory, contact Meridith Crowell at mcrowell@epysa.org.
