For more than 50 years, Rose Tree Soccer Club has been committed to providing quality youth soccer opportunities to the youth of Media. The club was established in 1965 and is still going strong. For a community-based club, Rose Tree offers a wide array of soccer services to its families including travel, intramural, adult and TOPSoccer play as well as clinics and camps in the summer.
This year, Rose Tree also received an Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Development Grant. The grant went to both general upgrades and equipment, specifically small goals for training.
Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Chief Executive Officer Chris Branscome presented the grant at a recent Rose Tree board meeting.
"Rose Tree Soccer Club has a great history and is adding to it each year," Branscome said. "We're proud to support the club as they fulfill our mission to promote and facilitate the game of soccer for all youth at all levels of play in eastern Pennsylvania."
