From I-83: Use exit 20 for Camp Hill/Gettysburg.
Follow Harrisburg Expressway West (PA 581) to Exit 3 (Carlisle Park). At the end of the exit ramp get into the left hand turn lane, proceed to the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto the Carlisle Pike. Proceed on the Carlisle Pike for 0.4 of a mile to the next traffic light. This light is at the intersection of the Carlisle Pike and Sporting Hill Road. Make a right onto Sporting Hill Road and proceed 0.1 of a mile to the traffic light. This light is at the entrance to the Hampden Park. Make a right and proceed into the Park. Hampden Fields #1, #2 and #3 are in the park complex beyond the swimming pool and the playground area and the tennis courts.

From points south: Follow US 15 North to US 11 South/Route 581. Take Route 581 to Exit 3 (Carlisle Pike) and proceed as noted above.

From I-81 and points North: Proceed South on I-81 to exit 59 (Route 581) to Exit 3 (Carlisle Pike) and proceed as noted above.
