Old Business: The board meetings have been changed to 4 times a year. Those months will be February, June, August, and November. Charlotte reviewed some information regarding Risk Management process. When a coach has a very common name, it is harder to get the approval back to you quickly, so their form needs to get in as soon as possible. The clubs need to realize that we have to wait almost two weeks for the state police report to come back. No one else can call in except that person and we cannot talk about any of this information. So please get this information out to your clubs. Grant applications our online and USSF will consider giving up to $200,000 for a turf field. Now is the time to file for a grant. Dallas, Columbus, and Utah all have the same type of agreement for their associations. Motion to enter into a marketing partnership with the MLS and give the executive board the discretion to examine existing contracts and see if there are any marketing conflicts with the MLS team.
