Converting a spreadsheet file of your players into a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file will allow you to easily upload into your club account.  
Location: Club tab / Players blue menu bar / Upload Players grey menu bar.

Prepare your spreadsheet.  Ensure that your file has the required information and columns.

1) Required Columns: First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Competitive Level (no required order)
2) Preferred Column: EPYSA would also like Email address for each player
3) Additional Information may certainly be uploaded but optional.
4) Save or convert to spreadsheet file to CSV.  
In most spreadsheet software, you simply perform save as and select file type of CSV.

Please Note: Competitive Level Column must match exactly as EPYSA has selected (Intramural/In-House or TopSoccer)

Steps for upload:

1) Press “Choose File” button (pop-up window, open your CSV file)
2) Press “Open Selected File” button
3) Match data fields to match your file (must select minimum requirements)
4) Any column you do not wish to import leave at the default “do not import”
5) Press “Import Data” button
