"SCENARIO 9 While attending
a game (as a parent, coach, player or referee) you observe a parent constantly
yelling at their own child while they are on the field. Intermittently the youngster
yells over to the parent to, "shut-up and let them play". Food
for thought: 1. What do the laws of the game permit? 2. What do league policies
permit? 3. What actions might help the situation? 4. What actions might
